About the Region

About F3 Manlington

F3 Manlington is the F3 region for Mansfield, Arlington, Cedar Hill, and Midlothian in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metro, Texas — a network of free, peer-led, outdoor workout groups for men. We are part of F3 Nation: same mission, same core principles, same invitation to show up.

Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups that strengthen male community leadership — one beatdown, one Circle of Trust, and one new PAX at a time.

From early-morning bootcamps in Mansfield to weekend doubles in Arlington, Cedar Hill, and Midlothian, Manlington Areas of Operation (AOs) give men a consistent place for fitness, fellowship, and faith.

Whether you are brand new (we call you an FNG — Friendly New Guy) or visiting from another region, you will find men who will push you forward and leave no man behind.

Fitness · Fellowship · Faith

The Three Fs

F3 is more than a workout. These three pillars explain why men keep posting in the gloom.

1st F — The Magnet

Fitness

F3 workouts are open to men of all fitness levels. The beatdown is organized to keep the group together and push every man toward his limits — without leaving anyone behind.

No man left behind, no man left the same. Workouts are peer-led: the men of the PAX take turns Q-ing. No experts with clipboards — just men leading men in parks and public spaces across the gloom.

Most workouts need only workout clothes, gravity, and the great outdoors. You will also find trail runs, rucks, kettlebells, and other specialty beatdowns across the region.

2nd F — The Glue

Fellowship

The 1st F gets you out the door. The 2nd F is why you set your alarm for 5:00 AM three, four, or five days a week — the friendships forged when you embrace the suck together.

It is not just about getting better. It is about getting better together. Every workout ends with a Circle of Trust (COT): names, nicknames, announcements, and fellowship. Even an FNG leaves with a new F3 name and a brotherhood to belong to.

Growth = Challenge + Consistency + Camaraderie. We reinforce the 2nd F through CSAUP events, lunches, races, and the kind of shared suffering that bonds men in a way few other things can.

It is not just about getting better. It is about getting better together.

3rd F — The Dynamite

Faith

F3 is not a religious organization, but we believe we are not the center of the universe. We challenge each other to live for something bigger than ourselves — as husbands, fathers, friends, and neighbors.

The COT gives the Q a platform to share what is stirring him. That is often followed by a Ball of Man (BOM) — a brief prayer or shout-out. Men are free to pray or speak from a secular perspective; F3 welcomes men of all faiths and no faith.

Many PAX, after getting in the best shape of their lives and finding real fellowship for the first time as adults, start taking purpose and significance more seriously. That is the 3rd F at work.

Fitness, Fellowship and Faith®

The Mission of F3

The Mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

5 Core Principles

  1. Free of Charge

Never pay to work out — no gym membership, no drop-in fee, ever.

  2. Open to all Men

Every man is welcome, regardless of age, background, or fitness level.

  3. Held Outdoors

Rain or shine, hot or cold — we meet outside in parks and public spaces.

  4. Peer Led

Men lead the workout in rotation. There is no paid trainer or instructor.

  5. Ends with a COT

Every workout ends with a Circle of Trust (COT) — names, announcements, and fellowship.
