2nd F

Leads Fellowship beyond the workout—HDHH, Coffeeteria, family events, and anything that builds brotherhood. He creates opportunities for PAX to stay connected after the COT ends.

3rd F

Buzz (F3 Fort Worth)

Manlington

Develops male community leadership through faith, service, and impact initiatives—Bible studies, QSource, mentorship, or community projects. The role is open-ended by design, but the goal is real change in how men lead at home and in the community.

Keeps the drum beating so PAX stay informed and connected. He manages regional communications—Slack, social media, newsletters, and the website—so every man knows where, when, and what is happening.

Plans intentional regional growth: scouting new AO locations, identifying underserved areas, splitting crowded workouts, and onboarding new Site Qs. He works with the Nant'an and 1st F Q on a long-term expansion strategy.
